You worked hard for your commission and why have an office take away from your work!

We created a program where you keep ALL of your hard earned money with no monthly fees, office fees, marketing fees etc. You earned your commission, you keep it! As simple as that!

Here's the outline for every calendar year: 

• If you have been licensed for over 2 years, it is just $300 per transaction for the first 15 transactions. Period. No other fees whatsoever. You keep the rest of your commission. 16-25 transactions - $150 per transaction. More than 26 closed sales - no charge! You keep all of your commission!

• If you have been licensed for over 1 year but less than 2 years, it is $400 per transaction, as soon as you reach 2 years since the date you became licensed you fee goes down to$300. (for the first 25 transactions; $150 -26-40, over 40 closed sales - no charge to the broker. (Please email the office to update).

• If you have been licensed for under a year, it is $500 per transaction for the first 25 transactions, 26-40 - $150 per transaction. As soon as you reach 1 year since you got your license, the fee goes down to $400, as soon as you reach a 2 year mark, it goes down to$300.(Please email the managing broker to update).

• $100 if you choose to have us service the sign installation and removal

We provide logos and sign design templates, you are free to use and order your own signs. However if you prefer us to take care of yard signs, it will be $100 to install and remove a for sale sign. You can just add a rider with your name and phone number.
